I Usage
This equipment is an application of a strong green separation technology, supercritical CO2 extraction adopts CO2 as the solvent, supercritical CO2 fluid under greater density and dielectric constant, the solubility of the material is large, and with the pressure and temperature changes rapidly changing,therefore,not only the solubility of certain substances selective,and easy separation of solvent and extract.
Compared with conventional separation methods, it has low extraction temperature strong selectivity, high efficiency, low energy consumption, no pollution, and other characteristics, especially for fat-soluble, high boiling point, heat-sensitive material extraction, but also for different components fine separation. It's widely used in pharmaceutical, food industry, health care products, cosmetics, perfume, and other industries.
Small test, pilot to full-scale production of design and manufacture for supercritical extraction equipment, after about ten years of research and production we have accumulated a great deal of experience. All kinds of supercritical extraction device models become stereotyped system products, reasonable structure, safe, reliable, easy loading and unloading of materials. The optimal design of the seal structure and special material for seals is more reliable and durable; design of double safety protection system; Using CO2 circulating measurement; temperature, flow, and pressure technological parameters adopt digital display control, convenient to operate, high automation. Production of supercritical extraction device is designed to be controlled by the computer remotely, it meets (GMP) standards.

•The pressure stabilizing system of the extraction kettle is imported back-pressure valve.
•It can be controlled with a computerized automatic control system(temperature, pressure, flow).
•All valves of the device are under special heat treatment so they are robust and durable.
